Engagement Session in the Blue Ridge Mountains

Stephanie + Daniel chose the Blue Ridge Mountains for their engagement photos & boy am I glad they did.. These guys are just my favorites!!! Their energy is unmatched. We had SO much fun at their session along the parkway. When we first started looking at places for their engagement photos, Stephanie stressed their love for the outdoors and scenic views. The first one that came to mind was Thunder Hill Overlook in Blowing Rock, NC. It’s such a great location for many reasons. First being that it’s close to the Charlotte area, only 1.5 hours of a drive. There’s no hike or walk to get great views of the blue ridge mountains, you just pull off the side of the parkway! I’ve also always found there is plenty of parking and space to share with other visitors. Lastly, there’s a lot of variety of spots for great views and photo ops. It’s just perfect.

I always tell my couples that their engagement session can be whatever they dream it up to be. For Stephanie + Daniel, it was beautiful views and cold brews.
